This is a great opportunity to get a nice playing 5-digit Mark VI at a discounted price. This horn has been re-lacquered yet still looks great. The engraving is still sharp and crisp, which is something that you don’t see all too often with re-lacquered horns.
From a playing perspective, this horn has a really nice and even tone across all registers. It is currently playing well on older pads, but will ultimately need to be overhauled down the road. This is a really solid Mark VI that will be a great horn for the serious player.
