Please note that we only accept saxophones and clarinets with a value of over $1,000 and mouthpieces with a value of over $300 for consignment.
It's a simple process.
The first step is to fill out the brief online consignment form at the bottom of this page or schedule an appointment so we can speak in person. You can set the price or we can suggest one.
We have a consignment rate of 15% of the total sale price.
Once your information form is submitted, we’ll send you a formal consignment contract. Shipping is your only out-of-pocket expense. Download packing instructions pdf.
After we receive your instrument, we may recommend repair work before we offer it for sale. Upon your approval of our repair estimate, we will do the repair. The cost for the repair will be deducted from your final check once the instrument is sold.
We will return your instrument at any time you want it during consignment. You will only be responsible for shipping costs and any repair costs that you authorized.
Your instrument will be fully insured at appraised value while it is in our possession.
When your instrument is sold, a check will be issued within 14 business days.
