This is a first series H.N. White King Super 20 Tenor Saxophone. This tenor was produced around the 1950s with starburst engravings on the bell keys and pearl side keys. This tenor has an older pad job with hollywood resonators, but it will be set up before it leaves the shop. This tenor has original lacquer, but the body lacquer is stripped and most of the keys still are lacquered. Also, it plays wonderfully and has a warm, but powerful tone.
King Super 20s are known to be powerful horns, and that clearly is seen in this one. These are widely known saxophones and play wonderfully. Great for any player!
