Here is a silver plated 10M from 1947 that is in great condition. The horn was re-plated at some point, but it was done well. The engraving is still all there. It is thin in a couple spots, but that can be due to years of use. There were a few minor dents that we removed during the overhaul process. We rebuilt this tenor last summer using Pisoni Pro pads with our slightly domed brass resonators.
As for its sound, it has the classic huge sound that Conn’s are known for. It is powerful and full, but also is extremely rich and even throughout the registers. Its higher register is particularly free-blowing. Make it yours today!
