This is a very unique original lacquer Buescher Top Hat and Cane 400 tenor saxophone. This horn has a wonderful tone with an awesome and powerful sound. It has around 70% of its original lacquer left, with some spotted wear around the bell area of the saxophone. This specific horn was manufactured sometime in 1949, as it has a serial number of 321xxx. This is a great vintage and collectable saxophone for many types of players. It may have a bit of wear around the edges from almost 70 years of playing, but it sure does kick out an awesome sound still. This horn has the Top Hat & Cane engraving on it, along with a castle with an ocean view and a raised engraving of "Buescher 400". This horn also has a newer pad job along with original Buescher pad snaps. Get this fantastic horn while you still can!
