This is a really nice Buescher Aristocrat tenor. This horn is from 1950, which is towards the end of the “Big B” production. It was a US military horn originally. You can see the “U.S.” engraved on the front of the bell along with the rest of the engraving. This horn is in really nice cosmetic condition and the silver plating is near perfect.
From a playing perspective, this horn is fun to play. It has a really big sound and can handle any amount of air that you give it. It really speaks well in all registers of the horn and plays with a very lush and warm sound.
