Guardala Vintage Gold Dave Liebman Soprano Saxophone Mouthpiece

Here is a crazy rare piece! This is a vintage, handmade Dave Guardala gold plate soprano saxophone mouthpiece. The shank has ‘DG’ inscribed along with ‘Dave Liebman.’ This piece measures at around .070. The table and rails are flat and this piece is in overall really nice shape. The original, pink bite plate is in good shape and doesn’t have any bite marks or indentations.

Sonically, this piece plays on the darker side. There’s a nice resistance to this piece. You can really push it and it handles the air well. This piece really sings and there’s a lively richness to the sound.

I have never seen one of these and this is by far one of the coolest mouthpieces that I have had in the shop. Vintage Guardala’s are very desirable and coveted by serious collectors and players alike. Grab this one before it’s gone.
