If you are looking for a great players tenor, here you go! This horn is a very strong player. Lots of power. Lots of color to the sound. Lots of fun to play!
This horn just came to us and has recently been re-padded. We are going through it to make sure everything is in top condition before it leaves the shop. There is very little lacquer left on the body and keys. I’m not sure if someone tried stripping the lacquer and just didn’t finish the job, or if it’s just honest wear from years of playing. The engraving is still in great shape and is not buffed out.
This horn will not win any beauty contests, but will please anyone listening.
