Looking for an R13 but don’t want to pay the new price? If so, this horn is a great option! This is a modern R13 from the late 1990’s. This horn just received a complete mechanical rebuild here at the shop, which included treatment to the grenadilla wood. There aren’t any cracks in the wood and this horn has minimal wear from normal play.
From a playing standpoint, this clarinet has a nice resitance, warm timbre and responds well across the range of dynamics. This is certainly an example of what makes R13’s the most sought-after and revered professional calrinet on the market. This horn will come in a new Protec Pro Pac case.
