There’s nothing quite like a vintage Selmer Mark VI Low A baritone. The intonation is sweet. The tone is soul stirring. The engraving, ergonomics and build quality are legendary. Certainly this example is no exception. It’s in remarkable condition cosmetically with most of its original lacquer intact. This beast was just overhauled in our shop using premium Pisoni Pro pads and domed brass resonators. We’ve expertly removed a couple of small imperfections on the bows. It looks, feels and sounds terrific – almost like the low A could move the earth on its axis. Plus it comes with the original case. This mid-100,000’s serial number range is a good place to be.
