This is a wonderful example of a Conn Transitional saxophone. This horn does not have much lacquer left on giving it a very unique raw look. This horn is in great physical condition. It is not often you can find a saxophone from 1932 with as few dings or dents as this saxophone. The neck is also in very good condition. This horn was recently repadded and the pads are still in good shape. When this saxophone was repadded nylon resonators were added. As far as playing goes this saxophone has a huge sound and is a real treat to play. Hard case included.
