This is an original lacquer, model 139 Buescher Custom Built Baritone Saxophone. It has about 90% of its original lacquer and still has all of its original pads and snap on resonators. To find this rare of a saxophone with its original pads and resonators is simply remarkable. This horn features art-deco/”Custom Built” engraving and is truly a sight to behold.
It’s hard to quantify just how rare this model 139 custom built Bari truly is. But It is rumored that only 400 were ever produced.
