Here is a rare example of a Selmer Super Sax. This horn comes from the time period which included the Cigar Cutter, Super, and Radio Improved models. All of these models were very similar in neck and body designs, just a few changes in key designs. This one falls at the very end of the Super range, and depending on which serial number chart you are reading, falls into the early Radio Improved model.
The lacquer and engraving is in great condition considering the age of this horn. There have been a few very small dents removed from the body. It was recently rebuilt with large domed brass resonators. After a quick setup, this horn is playing great and ready for any gig!
