This is a Selmer Mk VII Alto Saxophone. It has a fantastic tone quality along with a dark and warm sound with just enough punch. This saxophone was made in 1980 with a serial number 299xxx. The lacquer has a fair amount of wear due to normal use. There are no signs of any significant damage, just a couple minor dings that were removed.
This sax was mechanically rebuilt in our shop within the last year. We used Pisoni Pro pads with plastic resonators. All new blued steel needle springs were installed as well. It is in top playing condition, ready to go out on your next gig.
