Selmer Soloist Short Shank C* Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece

This is a really solid vintage Selmer Short Shank Alto Saxophone mouthpiece. This piece plays with a very warm and round sound across the horn. These vintage short shanks are sought after for classical and jazz playing alike and this one will certainly deliver either way. These also work especially well on vintage Mark VI’s and Super Balanced Action’s, as this is the mouthpiece that Selmer would have included with those horns.

Physically, this piece is in really nice shape for its age, with some of the gold logo paint still visible. The rails, table and tip are all in nice shape and there isn’t any indentations or bite marks on the bite plate.
